Cutewrap needs 2-3 good quality photos softcopy taken from a good camera or mobile phone.it should not be copied from WhatsApp or facebook as these reduce size & quality. A better photo will help the artist to make a great portrait.
Will background be included by default?
It depends on art work & artist. It may cost you extra for detail background of the portrait.
May I see image of my portrait before shipping?

What is cutewrap return Policy?
Cutewrap is very proud of its return policy below are our return policy.
- We only take the deposit of 30% and send images of the final portrait for your review and if you don’t like the picture we will fix the painting.
- If the portrait gets lost in shipping we will send you another one free of cost.
- If the portrait gets damaged during transit, send us pictures of the product and we will send you another one free of cost.
- If you don’t like the quality of portrait we will refund the entire amount if you return the painting to us within 14 days however please don’t file any dispute with bank otherwise we won’t be able to process the refund.
